Welcome to GiriNovaX. By accessing or interacting with our websites, software APIs, mobile applications, or engagement portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services & Engagement
GIRINOVA X PRIVATE LIMITED provides custom software engineering, web application architecture, mobile application development, e-commerce systems, API integrations, and digital growth consulting. Specific deliverables, payment schedules, and milestone acceptance criteria are governed by dedicated Client Service Agreements and Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA), all proprietary frameworks, baseline libraries, reusable software modules, and brand trademarks remain the intellectual property of GIRINOVA X PRIVATE LIMITED. Bespoke client deliverables are assigned upon full receipt of contractual remuneration.
3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
We treat all client specifications, database schemas, proprietary algorithms, and trade secrets with strict confidentiality under our standard mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
